BizTimes: Expedient data center in Franklin sold for $8.1 million

An affiliate of El Segundo, California-based Landmark Dividend has purchased the Expedient data center at 4777 Ironwood Drive in Franklin for $8.1 million, according to state records. The company purchased the site from Richmond, Virginia-based RDC-4777 Ironwood Drive, LLC. The site includes a 27,000-square-foot data center, 3.0 megawatts of total generator capacity, four on-net carriers
