Frontier Technology Consortium
The Wisconsin Frontier Technology Consortium brings together the Wisconsin Technology Council, the UW-Madison, Wisconsin Alumni
Research Foundation, gener8tor, Waukesha County Technical College and the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce to advance the development and commercialization of frontier
technologies in Wisconsin.
Supported by the Ignite Wisconsin grant program, the consortium is launching the Wisconsin Frontier Technology Platform to accelerate innovation in advanced materials, advanced sensing, artificial intelligence, energy storage, intelligent systems, robotics, and quantum computing and sensing.
Together, these efforts will strengthen Wisconsin's position as a leader in emerging technologies while supporting company growth, investment and job creation statewide.

Biannual innovation labs will convene 8–10 university researchers and 8–10 industry participants to explore frontier technology applications.
