Thomas Aaby

Hello, my name is Tom Aaby and I have worked in manufacturing my entire career, first with Texas Instruments and then with OEM Fabricators Inc. for more than 30 years. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a degree in Industrial Technology with a concentration in Manufacturing Engineering. I have completed Executive Development programs at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Business and the University of Wisconsin Business School. I have held many roles at OEM; Quality Manager, Vice President of Operations, and was the Senior Vice President of Business Development when I retired at the end of 2024. I now serve as a Board Member and Secretary of the Board for OEM.
My wife and I have lived on a Hobby farm near Baldwin, WI for over twenty-five years. We have three children and two grandchildren who all live in St. Croix County. My wife and I enjoy spending time together traveling, walleye fishing, and enjoying our grandchildren. I am in my second term as a Board Member for both the St. Croix County Economic Development Corporation and the Wisconsin Technology Counsel. I also just finished my first year of volunteering for the St. Croix County Highway Department, maintaining the grounds on the roundabouts at the Hammond exit off Interstate 94
