Brad Gordon

As Director of Forward Ag at WiSys, Brad Gordon guides the advancement of agricultural innovation across Wisconsin by cultivating use-inspired research partnerships and strengthening resilient agricultural systems. He leads collaborations among universities, industry, producers, and partners to accelerate innovative research and support emerging agricultural technologies.Previously, Brad served as Associate Conservation Director at Great River Greening in Minnesota, where he oversaw ecological restoration and regenerative agriculture initiatives and developed cross-sector partnerships to advance conservation outcomes and new cropping systems. He earned a B.S. in Biology, MS in Environmental Science, and Ph.D. in Water Resources Science, bringing a strong foundation in applied research, stakeholder engagement, and systems thinking to his work at WiSys.
