Lunch with Jere Glover:
A luncheon speech by Jere Glover, executive director of the Small Business Technology Coalition. Glover, who helped launch the SBIR grant program in the 1980s, urged business owners and researchers to contact their members of Congress about strengthening the program. He also provided data on the program’s effectiveness as an economic catalyst.
